So you liked my scrambled eggs idea!
But I've since discovered that frittatas are really where it's at.
Oh, and you left out asparagus, artichokes, spinach, parsley, dill, cilantro, tarragon, nutmeg, sour cream, salsa, guacamole, tortilla chips, black beans, feta, dried tomatoes, almonds...
